Who we are

The Poop Map app and the website poopmap.net (together, Poop Map) are provided by Poop OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 16231463, Lõõtsa tn 5 // Sepapaja tn 4, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. You can reach us at [email protected].

By using Poop Map you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Poop Map. Keep your sign-in details safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as described on our contact page.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post, such as drops, photos, notes and comments. You give Poop OÜ permission to store, show and share that content within Poop Map, following your privacy settings, as far as we need to run the service. Only post content that you have the right to share.

Rules

Do not use Poop Map to post or send anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent, to spam or impersonate others, or to disrupt, scrape or attack the service. You can report content and accounts in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Poop Map Pro bought in the app

Pro bought in the app is sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Prices are on our Pro page and in the store before you buy.

Purchases on poopmap.net

When you buy on poopmap.net, including Pro as a gift, the payment is processed by our payment partner, which may sell to you as the merchant of record and appear on your card statement. The price, including any taxes, is shown before you pay.

A Pro gift adds Pro for the stated period, for example 1 month or 1 year, to an existing Poop Map account chosen by the buyer, starting when the gift is delivered. Gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or moved to another account once delivered.

If you change your mind, email [email protected] within 14 days of a purchase on poopmap.net for a full refund. Refunds go to the buyer, and the Pro time from that purchase ends when it is refunded. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.

Changes to Poop Map

We keep improving Poop Map, so features, including Pro features, may be added, changed or removed over time. We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

Poop Map is provided as is. As far as the law allows, Poop OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Apple devices

If you use Poop Map on an Apple device, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a new date. If a change is important, we will also tell you in the app.
